Registration is now open for WILMIC’s Summer Seminar. The program, entitled Succession Planning – How Do I Do That? Strategies For Transitioning Your Practice, will take place on Friday, Aug. 23, 2019 at the State Bar Center in Madison and include lawyers who have closed and merged their firms as well as ethics experts and insurance guidance.
The half-day, three-hour morning seminar will also be offered as a live webcast. Three CLE credits, including ethics, have been applied for.
Three panel discussions will cover selling, merging and closing a practice, as well as discussions on how to find and mentor successors.
