The WILMIC Annual Meeting of Policyholders will be held at the company’s Madison office, 725 Heartland Trail, Suite 300, on June 7, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. Policyholders are invited to participate in person or by proxy. Proxy statements will be sent to policyholders soon with candidate nominations for election to four seats on the Board of Directors.
