Normally, a lawyer can obtain a maximum of 15 CLE credits through on-demand programming. Lawyers, who report in 2020 (even-numbered year reporters), can now obtain up to 30 CLE credits on-demand.

Changes to Appellate Court Operations

The Court is also making some adjustments in Appellate Court operations during the COVID-19 health emergency.

The Court issued an order that essential operations of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals will continue, but those courts will be expanding remote working capabilities and will be reducing the number of employees in the physical offices of the courts.

In addition, the Courts will continue to accept filings, however, there will be some modifications.
