WILMIC has taken steps to limit face-to-face contact in an effort to safeguard our policyholders and employees.
In-Office Hours
WILMIC continues to monitor the coronavirus pandemic and remains open for business while we limit face-to-face contact in an effort to safeguard our policyholders and employees.
Our employees are working from home for the duration of the health emergency. Employees continue to have access to all business functions, including voicemail and email messages, during normal business hours. They can be reached by either phone or e-mail from our staff directory.
If you need assistance, please call (608) 824-1700 or (800) 373-3839 at any time and leave a voicemail message. We will respond to your messages as quickly as we can.
Claims Support & Contact
In addition, you can email a WILMIC staff person. Individual emails can be found on our website staff page. You can also email our Underwriting or Claims departments.
In addition, we will be doing business with you electronically. When binding a policy or sending other information to you, we will be doing that via email.
Online Payments
Also, please know that online payments are an easy way to “engage” from home. Some institutions are even disinfecting banknotes to discourage the spread of the virus. Wisconsin Court System Update
The Director of State Courts and court administrators, judicial administrative district chief judges, presiding judges and circuit court judges continue to monitor state and local health guidance and information as COVID-19 coronavirus proliferates and concerns grow across Wisconsin.
