Mike Henke joined WILMIC in June of 2023 as the Director of Accounting and Human Resources. Mike came to WILMIC from Forge Insurance Company, based in Washington D.C., as a senior financial reporting manager, then financial and accounting officer, and most recently as vice president of finance.  Prior to that, Mike worked two stints at Strohm Ballweg, from 2007 – 2015, and then from 2018 – 2021. Part of his time at Strohm Ballweg included auditing WILMIC.  Mike has more than 15 years of insurance statutory accounting experience and, with his experience at Strohm Ballweg, came to WILMIC knowing us very well.
